What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in: from 4:00 PM. Check-out: before 11:00 AM. If the house is available, we try to be flexible to accommodate your arrival or departure.
How many people can stay in the house?
The house accommodates up to 10 people, distributed across 6 bedrooms with different bed configurations. It also has a mini crib; if you let us know in advance, we can provide a larger crib. You can have both.
Do you rent the entire house?
Yes. La Casa del Médico is rented in its entirety, so guests enjoy exclusive use of all interior spaces, the garden, and the porch. For long stays, the gardener may need to perform maintenance work on the exterior of the house; we would notify you in advance.
Is there parking?
Yes. The house has private parking within the property, with ample space for several vehicles.
Is there Wi-Fi in the house?
Yes, there is free Wi-Fi throughout the house, on both floors, main areas, and bedrooms.
Does the house have heating and air conditioning?
Yes. The house has climate control systems that ensure a comfortable stay all year round.
Is the kitchen equipped?
Yes. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and cooking utensils.
Are celebrations or events allowed?
The house is primarily intended for family stays and quiet gatherings. If you wish to hold a small celebration or event, you must consult us beforehand.

At the moment, pets are not allowed, to ensure the good condition of the house and the comfort of all guests.
Where is the house located?
The house is located in Dalías (Almería), at the foothills of the Almerian Alpujarra, about 25-30 minutes from the Mediterranean Sea.
What is there to do in the surrounding area?
From the house, you can enjoy walks through the village of Dalías, routes through the Alpujarra, excursions to nearby villages, Mediterranean beaches, and the Cabo de Gata-Níjar Natural Park. It is a perfect location to combine nature, culture, and the sea.
How do I make a reservation?
Reservations can be made through Booking, Airbnb, or Novasol. Select your preferred platform from the website and follow the usual booking process.
How do you get to the house from the airport?
The nearest airport is Almería, located about a 40-minute drive away. It is also possible to arrive from Granada or Málaga airports, which offer more international flights. Having a car is recommended to move comfortably around the area.
Is it necessary to have a car during the stay?
Yes, it is recommended. Although Dalías has basic services and you can walk around the village, having a car makes it easier to visit the Alpujarra, nearby villages, the Mediterranean beaches, and the Cabo de Gata Natural Park.
Are there supermarkets and restaurants nearby?
Yes. In the village of Dalías, there are supermarkets, bakeries, bars, and restaurants just a few minutes from the house. There are also more options in nearby towns such as El Ejido or Almerimar.
Is the house suitable for long stays?
Yes. The house is prepared for stays of several days or weeks, with spacious areas, an equipped kitchen, a washing machine, and comfortable living spaces. Many guests enjoy the house as a base to explore the region at their leisure.
Is the house quiet?
Yes. La Casa del Médico is designed for resting and disconnecting, with large interior spaces and a garden where you can enjoy the tranquility. During the main town festivals, there are more passersby on the streets, and music from the Casino can be heard from the terraces and garden.
